Goldcast is a B2B SaaS platform started in 2020. It specialises in creating and hosting virtual and hybrid events for businesses. They have established themselves as thought leaders and trend setters in their industry through their marketing.
Challenge: Goldcast had a rich content library, but lacked in having a contemporary website design for their resources compared to other competitors. Optimisation of their backend to ensure regular updates and ease of use was also a priority. They also needed a scalable way to present actionable, step-by-step content while maintaining consistency across their growing resource library.
Solution: To improve the overall UI and study the UX Design on the blogs and customer stories section of the Goldcast website, as they are one of the primary marketing tools for SaaS companies. I also designed a CMS-driven Playbooks experience focussing on documenting their success stories with customers, so new clients could replicate them. Doing this and also catering to the backend development needs of this project long term, resulting in an overall better experience for users and the internal team.
