Global HRIS is an HR consultancy that helps businesses implement and optimise HR systems. I worked on this project as part of the team at I Am Female, where we completely redesigned their website to better reflect the business they had grown into.

Challenge: Their existing website felt dated and no longer represented the quality of their services. The structure made it difficult for users to find the right information, and the overall experience lacked the confidence and personality the business had developed over the years.

Solution: Working alongside the strategy and content teams, my role was to translate the revised sitemap and messaging into a clear, intuitive user experience, while creating a website that felt modern and approachable. I focussed on moving away from the conventional look often associated with HR consultancies, and created a flexible design system that made complex information easier to navigate. The result was a cleaner, more engaging website that better reflects the brand and supports its growth.
